3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email. Confirmation of your appointment will be provided by our team.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may also result in a no-show fee.

4. Payment and Fees

Service Fees: Fees for therapy sessions and other services will be communicated during booking and may vary based on the type and duration of the session.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods. All payments are due upon completion of each session, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
